I am Vincent Eleloué. A Montreal-based Digital Expert with over 7 years of experience in data activation and digital strategy. Experienced in collecting and analyzing data to design and implement strategies that optimize customer relationships, enhance loyalty programs, and drive both customer retention and engagement. My focus is on transforming data into actionable insights that elevate customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Born and raised in Paris, France, to a French mother and a father from Guadeloupe, I moved to Canada in 2013 after completing my second master's degree in E-Business. What started as a one-year work-holiday experience turned into a lifelong journey, culminating in Canadian citizenship in 2019 — a milestone I am incredibly proud of.
My Canadian journey began with a store manager position at Rogers Communications in Montreal, where I managed a team of 12 talented sales associates.
In 2018, I joined L'Oréal Canada, where I’ve thrived in a digital role, leveraging my adaptability and professionalism to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Known for my organizational skills, autonomy, and collaborative spirit, I bring a balanced approach to my work and teamwork.
Outside of work, I’ve always been passionate about sports, particularly soccer, track & field, and fitness. I’ve played soccer at various levels in both France and Canada, winning several championships with Montréal City FC and Inter Montréal, as well as top scorer awards. I also became provincial and Canadian champion at the 2024 Winter Indoor Masters Athletics (60m sprint), earning two gold medals.
In addition to my professional achievements, I’m deeply committed to fostering an inclusive company culture. As the DE&I Lead for the "Culture & Origins" ERG at L'Oréal, I champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. I also co-founded the L'Oréal Canada Soccer Team and am an active member of the Club Social, organizing sports and social events for employees.
All of these volunteer roles reflect my passion for building a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
